Modern Flat Roof House extension with open plan dining and sitting room, feature fireplace wall and clear storey windows in Inverkip

An animation from our latest project: This extension maximises panormaic views over the clyde and provides a cosy and welcoming place for the client to relax in the evening. Full height glazing, and stone tiled floors creates the illusion of sitting "outside" in the garden, which is accessed via an enclosed portal doorway and private courtyard with privacy wall. The open plan space is divided by a flooring change which defines the public dining space and the more private sitting area with feature electric fireplace taking centre stage.

This project is still ongoing and so all work is still 'in progress' but watch this space for further development!
