Cafe Riva

A nautical renovation to a commercial unit in Kip Marina, Inverkip to accomodate a stylish cafe to serve marina staff and draw foot traffic from Inverkip village.

Kip Marina were keen to attract additional visitors and enhance their marina amenities by creating a stylish café area from one of their commercial units. Within the constraints of a tight budget we were able to design an attractive, relaxed and functional space which attracts local residents, boat owners and marina visitors.
