Stepwell Cookschool tasked Richard Robb Architects with designing a unique culinary experience in the Oak Mall, Greenock.

Keen to expand into a new sector whilst continuing to provide a top quality experience for its clientele, Stepwell Cookschool approached Richard Robb Architects to design the interior of a new bistro. Featuring exposed brick walls and state of the art equipment, Fresh Bistro has become a popular eating place at the heart of Greenock town centre. The runaway success of this bistro has allowed Stepwell cookschool to expand into another new premises in Gourock.
