Croabh Marina

Our portfolio of marine and industrial projects continues with this work to storage and production units at Croabh Marina

As part of an on-going expansion programme the client required new facilities to service nearby fish-farming operations. This multi-purpose building was designed to contain an engineering workshop, office suites, laboratory facilities and staff accommodation. The facility now serves as a successful regional base for the end-user: a multinational aquaculture company. We have been involved in other enabling projects at the site, including negotiating consent for the development of greenfield housing plots and alterations to the chandlery and office facilities.
