Richard Robb Architects drew upon extensive marine sector experience in this industrial fit out of a unit at Fairlie Quay Marina.

Over a number of years Richard Robb Architects have been involved in the on-going development of Fairlie Quay into a marina facility, from its original use as an MOD depot. Projects have included development of light industrial and commencial units, installation of boat-hoist facilities, pontoon planning and office chandlery toilet facilities. We have been instrumental in negotiating Planning and Building Warrant consents and developing masterplans for the future expansion of facilities.
