Feasibility Study for development of flats at Newark Street, Port Glasgow, Inverclyde

This exercise for Newark Street in Port Glasgow provided a feasibility study for a series of 1 to 3 bedroom flats. The output sketch proposal follows the curve of the road with a stepped facade to mirror the slope of Newark Street. The study carefully considered environmental factors such as noise, access and sightlines to present a sketch design to the client.
