A luxury renovation of a Gourock Flat to maximise space and light.

This small tenement flat was in extremely poor condition at the time of purchase. The aim was to comprehensively refurbish the building fabric and transform the layout by removing a number of walls to create a bright open-plan layout that maximised the feeling of space and gave the most flexibility of use.
