A split level villa designed for the discerning private client on a stunning secluded site in Inverclyde

The concept was to take maximum advantage of the outstanding views out over the River Clyde with open plan living accommodation on the upper floor, mid-level bridge/deck access and ancillary / bedroom accommodation on the first floor and leisure facilities on the ground floor. The build was completed in 7 months and on budget.
