Proposed new build modern detached dwelling constructed using the innovative Structural insulated panels (SIPs) system.

The brief for this project involved the demolition of an existing 1970s bungalow and its replacement with a modern new build dwelling on the site. The new two storey structure has been designed with large elements of glazing to take full advantage of the unrestricted views of Loch Long. Our client was extremely conscious of the environmental impact of the new dwelling. It was therefore decided that the building would be constructed using the innovative Structural insulated panels (SIPs) system.
