Another restoration project by Richard Robb Architects, this detached 1960's home was the perfect example of neglected Modern Architecture of the period. The interior has been transformed into open plan living to suit current living styles with gull wing exposed roof structure and full length clerestory windows. The existing balcony, accessed from the top floor lounge and master bedroom has been renovated with new decking and stainless steel handrails. Public rooms on the upper floor take advantage of the outstanding views over the River Clyde while ancillary accommodation on the ground floor access private secluded gardens.
