Planning Permission Secured for James Watt Dock Marina Building, Greenock

Planning permission has been granted by Inverclyde planners for the landmark James Watt Dock Marina building in Greenock. The new building will provide marina administration space, a cafe, and retail and office units at the James Watt Dock Marina, taking the place of temporary accommodation in the Sugar Sheds.
Inverclyde planning officials praised the design for the way it relates to the historic Sugar Sheds nearby, and at Richard Robb Architects we are looking forward to working with all parties to take this design on to the next stage for Marina Projects.
